Our cancellation policy is the most customer-friendly in the industry, allowing free cancellations up to an hour before pickup. You can also make changes to your booking up to 60 minutes before pickup.

Meet me cars service typically offers four vehicle classes: Business Class, Electric Class, First Class, and Business Van/SUV.

Each class includes a variety of comparable, top-of-the-line models, which you can view during the booking process or in our Help Center.

All Meet me car service chauffeurs are fluent in English and the official language of the country they serve.

Blacklane accepts Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, and American Express cards. Cash payments are not accepted.

Business accounts can request to receive monthly invoices instead of paying for each ride individually.

Please note that all payments must be set up in advance; your chauffeur cannot accept payment on location.
